Crapo To Take Viewer Calls On June â??Capitol Watchâ??

Viewers urged to call toll-free number during program

Washington, DC â?? Idaho Senator Mike Crapoâ??s monthly cable program returns to a live broadcast format on Tuesday, June 8, 2004. During the half-hour program, Crapo will take calls from viewers on issues before Congress. â??Capitol Watchâ?? airs statewide on Idaho cable television stations on Tuesday, June 8th, from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. Mountain/6 to 6:30 p.m. Pacific. Idahoans are invited to call in on a toll-free number set up during the program, 1-800-SEN-TALK (1-800-736-8255). E-mail questions can be submitted prior to the program at capitolwatch@crapo.senate.gov or through Crapoâ??s website, http://crapo.senate.gov.â??Due to the Senate schedule and other conflicts, it has been several months since I have hosted a live program, and I look forward to being able to speak directly to Idahoans,â?? Crapo said. â??There are many issues confronting Congress right nowâ??all the appropriations bills are still under consideration as is the budget resolution and the energy bill.
