Washington, DC – Idaho Senator Mike Crapo issued the following statement today following news of the passing of President Gerald R. Ford. “President Ford left us with a great legacy of bringing our nation together following Watergate and the Vietnam War. His decency, candor, honesty and leadership set an example for all Americans. I regret his passing, but I am sure his stature will continue to grow as one of our country’s most unifying leaders.”
